¾" Baltic Birch

There's no getting around it. Baltic birch is the Rolls Royce of plywood. (More info on that here)

If you've ever played on a cornhole board and found too much bounce for your liking, this is what you've been looking for. You'll no longer watch your bags bouncing over the hole.

As with all our boards, these have rounded corners and round-over edges to protect your bags from damage. Decks receive several coats of water-grade polyurethane to last a lifetime.

½" Hardwood Veneered

Although the baltic birch decks are the best of the best, there is a price to pay for that level of hardness, and I'm not just talking about the increased monetary cost. Baltic birch is heavy. A set of boards weighs in at 56 lb, whereas a set of ½" hardwood veneered boards weigh 38 lb. And if you have to carry a set of boards down to the beach, this can mean a lot.

These will likely be the most solid boards you've ever played on. In addition to the side and end frames, a center cross brace offers additional strength.

Below is a selection of some of the boards I've created. I've made quite a few others, but didn't think to get decent photos of them.

You are certainly not limited to what you see below, but this might give you an idea of what I can do. Perhaps you like a specific design but think it'd look better with purple and lime green. If I can't talk you out of it, I'll be happy to build it for you.

Have a nice photo you'd like on your boards? Not a problem. Take your engagement photo, create a set of boards, bring them to the wedding and let your guests sign them between games. Then bring them back to me and I'll put a couple additional clear coats over them for protection.
